We are grateful for the leadership of LaRu Woody, providing a session on punishment in the Texas criminal justice system. Thanks also to Nikki Northcutt and Leigh Northcutt-Benson for their children’s faith formation session on the Prodigal Son.
The third Sunday of the month is typically our intergenerational faith formation Sunday. However, on Sunday, April 21 we will be getting one last Dead Sea Scrolls and Metaphysics session before Bob Brueck departs Austin for the summer months. Bailey Barlow will be leading children’s faith formation. The sessions both begin at 9am. Adults will be in the parlor and children will be in the library.
The following Sunday, April 28, LaRu Woody will conclude the children’s faith formation rotation on the Prodigal Son, and the Rev. Bob Karli will continue his adult faith formation sessions on The Life Cycle of a Congregation.
